Technical Support Contracts
Intuit offers Technical Support contracts at ridiculous rates. Not to mention the language barrier makes it difficult to understand them. With Teach Me QB you can purchase a 6 month or 12 month Technical Support contract at reasonable rates and you get an experienced bookkeeper to assist you, not just a QuickBooks expert. Intuit will not help you understand your bookkeeping so don’t be fooled by what they actually assist you with when you purchase their contract. Face it, you don’t need to know how to post an invoice but might need to know what posting account would be accurate for the expense you are paying. Intuit is not going to help you with that.
